1983
Feb release of Under Attack/You Owe me One
The rest of the year finds each member off doing their own projects.
We are told that ABBA is taking a break for awhile.
1984
Björn and Benny are working on the Chess musical while Frida is recording the album Shine.
Agnetha goes to her hometown for their 700 year anniversary, and appears as a guest
host on a television special, Jönköpingsyra. She sings a new song especially for the program
Nov 11 Frida, Björn and Benny appear on a German tv show.
They sing backup on a song from Chess, One Night in Bangkok.
1985
Frida is quiet and Agnetha works on a new solo album, Eyes of a Woman.
Björn and Benny are still involved with Chess.
1986

The members of ABBA got together to honor Stig Anderson, their former manager,
by singing Tivedshambo for a program honoring Stig and his life.
1987
Björn and Benny produce a new record for Anders and Karin Glenmark Geminism this year.
Benny does a solo album Klinga mina klockor ,
and Agnetha records her next solo album I Stand Alone.
Frida records a single with Ratata and then retires from the limelight.
1988
Only Benny does anything this year and it's with Orsa Spelman.
1989
Björn helps Benny by writting a song for another album with Orsa Spelman
1990
Benny records an album of Swedish birdsongs, Fågelsang i Sverige.
B and B beging working on what will eventually become Krsitina.
Also they write a song for the World Equestrian Games.
Agnetha marries a surgeon, Dr. Tomas Sonnenfeld in Dec.at the Ekerö church.
And Björn, Lena and little Emma move in Dec. to England.
1991
Benny is working with The Ainsbuk Singers.
1992
ABBA Gold is released and an ABBA revival begins.
Anni-Frid marries Prince Ruzzo Ruess and also records 2 songs.
In June, B and B go onstage in Stockholm during a U2 concert and play backup on Dancing Queen. Bono says "We are not worthy" to B and B.
ABBA Gold is released in Spanish
1993
is released this year.
Agnetha and Tomas divorce.
B and B produce an album for Josefin Nillson
and Frida performs onstage Dancing Queen
for good friend Queen Sylvia's 50th birthday.
In Oct. ABBA recieves a platinum record for over 5 million sold. B and B and Frida attend.
1994
Thank You for the Music box set is released with previously unrelesaed songs added.
1995
The musical Kristina från Duvemåla is premiered in Malmo.
Agnetha attends also. Linda Ulvaeus is in the musical.
1996
A big year for the members of ABBA. Agnetha releases Som Jag Är, a biography of sorts, and a double CD My Love, My Life.
Frida releases Djupa Andetåg.
B and B come to Minnesota,USA to check out the possibility of Kristina playing there. Many Swedes immegrated to the USA and settled in this area.
It is performed in Swedish there one night in Oct.

1997
Ted Gärdestad ends his life and Agnetha attends the funeral. And in Sept, ABBA's
former manager Stig Anderson also dies. Ba and B and their wives and also Frida
attend. Agnetha is ill that day and stays home.
1998
All 4 ABBA members attend the 50th birthday party of their tour manager Thomas Johansson. Band B and Frida sing a song to him on stage, but Agnetha does not join them.
1999
The documentary, The Winner Takes it All is made this year. All 4 participate in it in interviews.
Mamma Mia, a new musical featuring ABBA songs premieres in London April 6, 25 years after they won Eurovision. Band B attend.
In August they all appear at Görel Hansers 50th birthday party. They again stand up together and sing a song, Med en enkel tulipan for Görel.
